Sharing a Space

When you create a Space, a unique URL is generated. You can share this URL directly with users to grant them access. Users can then sign in to their Space via this URL and install, configure, and manage shared Integrations.

To share the Space URL:

  1. Log in to Boomi Enterprise Platform.
  2. Click the Services menu on the right and navigate to Labs > Marketplace Publisher.
  3. Go to the Space Management tab.
  4. Click the ellipsis (more options) icon and then click Copy Space URL.
  5. Share the URL with Spaces users. User can paste the URL on the browser to open the Spaces User Space home page.
  6. Additionally, you can click the Launch Space button to navigate to a new tab and launch the current Space.
